Persistent Systems Q3 FY26 Earnings: Revenue Up, Profit Misses
Persistent Systems, a company that helps other businesses with technology, just shared its earnings for the third quarter of the financial year 2026.
The company made more money than before, with its revenue growing by 5.5%.
However, its profits were a bit lower than expected because of new rules about how to pay workers.
The company's CEO said they are using new technology called Agentic AI to make their own work better and help their customers.
Even though profits were not as high as some people thought, the company is still growing and doing well overall.
They also decided to give some of their profits back to their shareholders as a dividend.
Persistent Systems reported Q3 FY26 revenue of ₹3,778.2 crore, up 5.5% sequentially.
Net profit slipped 6.7% QoQ to ₹439.4 crore, missing estimates due to a ₹89 crore labour code impact.
EBITDA margin declined to 14.4% from 16.3% in the previous quarter.
Dollar revenue grew 4% QoQ to $422.5 million, and the board declared an interim dividend of ₹22 per share.
CEO Sandeep Kalra highlighted sustained demand for data, cloud, and digital engineering, and the company's use of Agentic AI to boost productivity.
