Suvendu Adhikari Pledges National Security, Patriotism and Criminal-Law Reform

Suvendu Adhikari spoke at an exhibition about India’s new criminal laws.

He said his government considers national security and patriotism very important.

He also said the government must follow the Constitution and help people through welfare programmes.

Another goal is to help Central government schemes reach people quickly.

Adhikari said the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita had started being used in West Bengal.

He argued that it would help people receive justice and ensure guilty people are punished within a set period.

The exhibition is called “Justice for All.”

It will remain open in Kawakhali, Siliguri, until August 26.
