Himachal High Court Orders Review of Surveillance on Suspended ASI
A police officer named Pankaj Sharma, who is suspected in a case, was being watched all the time by the police, even though he wasn't in jail.

He complained to the court.
The High Court in Himachal Pradesh said this wasn't fair because it went against his rights.

The court ordered Sharma to be allowed to meet his family and to be consulted on future security measures.
