This year, from January to July, there was a big increase in apartment registrations compared to last year.
The smaller apartments are becoming popular.
This trend is different from other places where people are buying bigger houses.
The city is improving its infrastructure and interest rates have decreased, which makes buying houses more attractive, especially in the lower-priced ones.
This should keep the property market active.
