Swiggy shares rise ahead of $1.1B fundraise
Swiggy's shares went up a little bit today.
The company is getting ready to ask for a lot of money, about $1.1 billion, from big investors next week.
They have chosen three banks to help them with this.
Swiggy is doing this because they want to grow more, especially in their quick delivery service.
Even though they are making more money, they are also losing more money than last year.
Their stock is still lower than its highest point last year.
Swiggy shares rose 0.80% to ₹402.60 ahead of a $1.1 billion fundraise.
The company has shortlisted Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase, and Kotak Mahindra Capital to manage the QIP.
Swiggy's board approved plans to raise up to ₹10,000 crore on November 7.
The fundraising aims to support growth in quick commerce amid intense competition.
Swiggy reported a net loss of ₹1,092 crore in Q2 2025, despite a 54.4% revenue increase.
