Indo Borax Completes Acquisition of Majority Stake in Kronox Lab

Indo Borax & Chemicals bought a large part of another company called Kronox Lab Sciences.

The purchased shares equal 64.26% of Kronox Lab Sciences.

This means Indo Borax now owns more than half of Kronox.

The deal involved 2,38,44,000 shares.

It was completed on September 29, 2026.

The shares came from three sellers.

Indo Borax had agreed to the purchase in a share purchase agreement signed on August 20, 2026.

A company director formally reported the completed deal to the stock exchanges.
