KPop Demon Hunters Wins Best Animated at 2025 NYFCC Awards

KPop Demon Hunters, a movie made by Sony Pictures Animation and Netflix, won the Best Animated Film award at the 2025 New York Film Critics Circle Awards.

This is a big deal because the NYFCC is the oldest critics group in the U.S. and many films that win here also go on to win the Academy Award, also known as the Oscars, later in the year.

This win could be a good sign for KPop Demon Hunters' chances at the Oscars.
