Bihar Police Arrest Man for Impersonating Union Minister's Private Secretary
There is a man named Dheeraj Kumar who lives in the Indian state of Bihar.
He pretended to be a very important helper for a big government minister.
He made a phone call to a top prison officer.
In the call, he asked for a prisoner named Bharat Singh to be moved to a different jail.
The real minister said he never asked for that to happen.
Police investigated and arrested the man for his trick.
They think he has pretended to be important people before, like judges and government officers.

The Union minister denied issuing any such instruction through his private secretary.
