Madhya Pradesh CM Announces Plantation Drive and Summit
The Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Mohan Yadav, has ordered the forest department to plant trees near rivers.
He wants to involve locals and plant medicinal plants and fruit trees.
He is also planning an industrial summit in Varanasi this November.
Entrepreneurs have announced a large investment in the Vindhya Region.
The government is setting up a new industrial area and upgrading a hospital in the Vindhya Region, as well.
CM Mohan Yadav directed river-side plantation activities.
Plantation will be along both sides of rivers for 5km.
