Police directed mandals to ensure structural safety, deploy volunteers around the clock and install CCTV cameras.
DJ and Dolby systems, laser lights and objectionable tableaux, displays or banners have been prohibited.
Immersion vehicles must undergo Regional Transport Office inspection, and drivers’ licences will be checked.
