Nestle India Names Edouard Mac Nab as CFO
Nestle India has announced that Edouard Mac Nab will become their new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) starting March 1, 2026.
He is currently the Head of Finance and Control at Nestle Canada and has a lot of experience in finance.
He will replace Svetlana Boldina, who is leaving to take a new job at another Nestle company.
Mac Nab has worked in finance for over 25 years and has helped companies improve and use digital technology.
Before joining Nestle, he worked at other big companies like Reckitt and Bristol-Myers Squibb.
The company will officially approve his appointment in their upcoming meetings.
Edouard Mac Nab will become the new CFO of Nestle India, effective March 1, 2026.
He will succeed Svetlana Boldina, who is stepping down on January 31, 2026, to join a Nestle affiliate.
Mac Nab currently serves as Head of Finance and Control at Nestle Canada.
He has over 25 years of international finance leadership experience across multiple regions.
The appointment will be approved by the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors in upcoming meetings.
