Mediation Campaign Launched to Resolve Pending Cases
NALSA and the Supreme Court are starting a special 90-day project to help people solve their legal problems through mediation.
They want to make it easier for people to use mediation to resolve their cases, starting July 1st and going until the end of September 2025.
This means instead of going to court, people can meet with a neutral person to try to work things out, whether it's about money, family, or other issues.
They will hold mediation sessions every day to help people resolve issues without going to court.
It can happen in person, online, or a mix of both.
