Park Medi World's Agra hospital to double revenue post takeover
Park Medi World, a healthcare company, has taken over a hospital in Agra.
They think this will make their monthly money double to ₹8-10 crore.
They plan to keep the money they make from each bed the same and aim to have a good profit margin.
They will pay for the hospital mostly with their own savings.
By 2028, they want to have more than 5,200 beds in their hospitals by building new ones and improving old ones in North India.
Park Medi World's Agra hospital acquisition expected to double monthly revenue to ₹8-10 crore.
Full multi-super-speciality services to commence in February.
ARPOB to be maintained at ₹32,000-34,000 with EBITDA margins targeted at 18-20%.
Acquisition funded largely through internal accruals.
Plans to expand bed capacity to over 5,200 beds by FY28 through brownfield and greenfield projects in North India.
