Hema Malini Holds Separate Prayer for Dharmendra

Hema Malini and her daughters held a separate prayer meeting for Dharmendra on the same evening as the Deol family.

This decision was made to avoid a media circus and to maintain the family's privacy.

Both sides agreed that having two separate meetings would be more respectful and dignified.

Shabana Azmi, who worked with Dharmendra in his last film, supports this decision, emphasizing the need to give the family space to grieve.

The family sources confirm that this was a mutual and practical decision to honor Dharmendra's memory.

Dharmendra passed away on November 24, 2025, at the age of 89.

His final film, Ikkis, is set to release on December 25, 2025.
