Agentic AI: The Next Big Thing in Tech
Agentic AI is like having a smart helper that can do tasks for you, not just talk about them.
Big tech companies are working on it, and businesses are interested.
You might see it in online shopping first.
Agentic AI is the latest buzzword in tech, promising AI systems that can plan, act, and learn independently.
Unlike chatbots, agentic AI is supposed to take actions on a person's behalf, not just provide information.
MIT and BCG survey finds business executives worldwide are interested in this new class of systems.
Amazon, Google, IBM, Microsoft, and Salesforce are among the companies working on AI agents.
Consumers may first encounter AI agents in online shopping or managing tasks like paying medical bills.
