ReNew plans $500M bond issue to refinance debt
ReNew Energy Global PLC, a big company that makes renewable energy, is planning to borrow $500 million through bonds.
This money will help them pay back other debts that are due soon.
They have about $800 million in cash, which is good.
The company is growing and has a lot of solar and wind power plants.
They also make solar panels.
Experts think the company will keep doing well, even though they might not make a lot of profit soon because they are spending money to build more plants.
The company is the second biggest in India in this field, after Adani Green Energy Ltd.
ReNew Energy Global PLC plans to raise $500 million through dollar-denominated bonds to refinance debt.
The company faces over $1.5 billion in debt maturities over the next 12 months.
HSBC is the merchant banker, and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co is the legal advisor for the bond issue.

Fitch Ratings expects ReNew's capex to average ₹7,500 crore a year between FY26 and FY28, with capex intensity falling below 50% in FY26.
