DLF eyes ₹2,000 crore senior living project in Gurugram

A big Indian housing company called DLF is planning to build homes for older people.

The project will be in a city called Gurugram, along Golf Course Extension Road.

These homes could bring in about ₹2,000 crore for the company.

The building will be very large, covering almost 5 lakh square feet.

This will be DLF's first project for senior citizens in India.

Many older people now want to live in communities with healthcare, security, and nice amenities.

DLF also talked about its very expensive homes called The Dahlias.

Some of those homes sell for more than ₹100 crore.

More buyers are coming from other parts of India and from overseas.

DLF says it will launch more projects next year, including one in Mumbai.
