Telangana CM Links Hyderabad Accession Day to Modern Development

Telangana marked September 17 as People’s Governance Day.

This day remembers when Hyderabad State became part of India in 1948.

Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy said people should remember the struggles of the past.

He also said the state should use those lessons to build a better future.

He described suffering under feudal rule and violence by the Razakars.

He said good government should listen to people and protect their rights.

The government wants Telangana to become a three-trillion-dollar economy by 2047.

It also plans to build a large net-zero smart city called Bharat Future City.
