New Drain Planned to Address Gurgaon Waterlogging
Imagine Gurgaon gets too much rain, causing floods.
To help with this, a new water channel is being built.
This channel will act like a big pipe to carry away the extra rainwater.
The channel will start in Gurgaon, go through Palwal and Nuh, and lead to the Yamuna river.
This helps prevent flooding by taking the rainwater away quickly.
The new drain will work together with the existing one.
They haven't said exactly when it will be finished yet.
Manohar Lal announced plans for a new drain to address waterlogging in Gurgaon.
The drain will connect Gurgaon to Palwal via Nuh.
The drain's purpose is to redirect rainwater.
The rainwater will flow to the Yamuna river.
No completion deadline has been specified for the project.
