Maruti Suzuki Onboards 5 Startups for Tech Solutions
Maruti Suzuki, a big car company in India, has teamed up with five small tech companies to make better cars and improve their business.
These small companies, called startups, will help Maruti Suzuki use new technologies to make cars more precisely, deliver parts in a more eco-friendly way, and keep their workers safer.
This is part of Maruti Suzuki's plan to stay up-to-date with the latest technology and meet the changing needs of their customers.
The startups were chosen from a special program run by Maruti Suzuki and a well-known business school in India.
Maruti Suzuki India has onboarded five early-stage startups to co-create new technology solutions.
The startups are AugurAI, Aatral, Zen Mobility, Indus Vision, and Proxgy.
The initiative is part of Maruti Suzuki's strategy to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen high-accuracy manufacturing.
The startups will help achieve higher levels of precision in manufacturing, sustainable mobility for last-mile delivery of aftermarket parts, and enhanced safety for employees.
The startups were selected from the fourth cohort of the Maruti Suzuki Incubation Program, run in partnership with IIM Bangalore's incubation hub.
