U.S., China Reach Trade Deal; Subject to Final Approval
The U.S. and China have agreed on a trade deal!
The deal involves the U.S. getting rare materials and China possibly sending students to U.S. universities.
The U.S. will keep tariffs at 55% on goods from China, while China will keep tariffs at 10% on U.S. goods.
