Delhi HC: Priya Kapur Can Submit Asset List
Priya Kapur, the widow of Sunjay Kapur, can now submit the list of her late husband's assets to the Delhi High Court.
This list will be kept in a sealed cover, keeping the details private.
Initially, she wanted a confidentiality agreement, but the court rejected this idea.
The court allowed all parties to view the list, including Rani Kapur (Sunjay's mother) and his children from a previous marriage.
The court is ensuring that all heirs have the right to know the assets.
One of the heirs expressed dissatisfaction, claiming they have been deprived of their share according to the will.
