Red Sea Film Foundation Showcases Arab Films at TIFF
The Red Sea Film Foundation is bringing several films from Arab filmmakers to the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF).
These films, supported by the Foundation, cover various themes like motherhood, futuristic societies, and war.
The films have been supported through the Foundation's programs.
The foundation's CEO is also participating in industry panels to discuss how Middle Eastern and North African films are gaining international recognition.
The goal is to help these filmmakers share their stories with audiences around the world and develop their careers.
The Red Sea International Film Festival will happen in December 2025 in Jeddah.
The Red Sea Film Foundation is presenting six supported films at TIFF.
Films include 'Memory of Princess Mumbi', 'Dandelion’s Odyssey', 'Irkalla: Gilgamesh’s Dream', 'Ghost School', 'Sink', and 'Palestine 36'.
