DMK Vows to Amend Constitution After SC Verdict
DMK, a political party in Tamil Nadu, is happy about a new rule that says Governors must not keep bills for too long.
Their leader, M K Stalin, promises to change the Constitution to set time limits for Governors.
He says Governors can't ignore bills passed by the elected legislature.
DMK believes this will help protect the rights of states.
