Mysterious Dorito-Shaped Aircraft Spotted Over Area 51
A man named Anders Otteson saw a strange, triangle-shaped aircraft flying over Area 51, a secretive military base in Nevada.
The aircraft, which some people call a 'Dorito' because of its shape, was spotted very early in the morning.
It looked different from other known planes and had no visible wings or lights.
Otteson thinks it might be something special, maybe a secret test flight.
Some people think Area 51 is connected to aliens, but the government says it's just a military base.
This isn't the first time strange aircraft have been seen there.
A mysterious Dorito-shaped aircraft was spotted over Area 51 by Anders Otteson at 3 am on January 14, 2026.
The aircraft had an equilateral triangle shape, no visible wings, and no standard navigation lights.
Otteson believes the aircraft could be a classified test flight or a training sortie.
The aircraft's shape matched that of a triangle-shaped aircraft seen in 2014 photos over Wichita, Kansas, and Amarillo, Texas.
Area 51 is a highly classified military base with a history of secrecy and conspiracy theories.
