Beckham Promotes Child Rights in India

Sir David Beckham, a famous football player and UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador, visited a government school in Andhra Pradesh on Wednesday, November 26, 2025.

He played football with the students, listened to their experiences, and planted saplings with them.

The students were very excited to meet him and learn from his visit.

The next day, Beckham attended a UNICEF event in Mumbai with important leaders like Ms. Nilima Divi and Dr. Pramod Gaddam.

They talked about how to help children in India and around the world.

Beckham also received a traditional welcome in Mumbai, including a flower garland, tika, and aarti ceremony at the Taj Mahal Hotel.

He even learned to make dal ki chaat and shared his experiences on Instagram.

The goal was to inspire everyone to work together to improve children's lives.

UNICEF wants every child to have good education, healthcare, and protection.
