IHCL and OYO Parent Prism Top Hurun Real Estate Rankings
The 2026 GROHE-Hurun India Real Estate 150 list shows that the hospitality industry in India is growing fast.
Two big companies, IHCL and Prism (which owns OYO), are in the top 10.
Prism's value doubled to ₹67,200 crore, making it the second-most valuable unlisted real estate company.
IHCL, which is part of the Tata Group, is valued at ₹93,300 crore.
A new company, ITC Hotels, also joined the list with a value of ₹32,300 crore.
The report says that while other parts of real estate, like homes and offices, lost value, hospitality and retail are doing well because people are spending more on travel and shopping.
Ritesh Agarwal, the founder of OYO, is the youngest leader in the list, and Kapil Bhatia is the oldest.
Women leaders like Jyotsna Suri and Priya Paul are also making a big impact in the hospitality industry.
IHCL and Prism (OYO's parent) are the only hospitality companies in the top 10 of the 2026 GROHE-Hurun India Real Estate 150 list.
Prism's valuation surged 107% to ₹67,200 crore, making it the second-most valuable unlisted real estate company in India.
IHCL, India's oldest hospitality company, has a valuation of ₹93,300 crore.
Newly demerged ITC Hotels debuted on the list with a valuation of ₹32,300 crore.
The hospitality sector now includes 24 companies with a combined valuation of ₹2.85 lakh crore, up from 22 companies last year.
