Rajiv Swagruha Switches to Open Auction for Residential Plots

Rajiv Swagruha Switches to Open Auction for Residential Plots

Imagine TGRSCL has some empty land plots they want to sell.

Before, they tried selling them online, like on a computer game, but many people found it too tricky to use.

So, they've decided to go back to selling them in person, like a traditional auction.

This means people can come to a hall, raise their hands, and bid on plots of land.

They are doing this because more people asked for a simpler way to buy the plots, and TGRSCL hopes this will let more people join in.

They have 163 plots in three different places.

People who want to bid need to sign up and pay a deposit by November 15th, and the big auction happens on November 17th and 18th.

They've had success with in-person auctions before.
