Mumbai University Warns Results Could Be Held For 3,014 Students

Mumbai University found that some students have not finished the paperwork needed to confirm their eligibility for college courses.

There are 3,014 such students.

They studied for Class 12 through education boards outside Maharashtra’s state board.

The students joined degree courses in the 2024-25 academic year.

They are spread across 370 colleges connected to the university.

The colleges must check the students’ documents and send them to the university department handling eligibility.

If the paperwork is not completed, the students’ exam results may not be released.

The university said the colleges, rather than the students alone, will be responsible for unresolved cases.

Students and colleges have been asked to check the published list and act quickly.
