Trump Weighs Declaring Iran War Over Amid Escalation Plans

He has discussed the conflict with senior aides.
However, the United States is also considering making the fighting much bigger.
Plans could include stronger airstrikes.
They could also include sending ground forces to take Iranian islands near the Strait of Hormuz.
Another possible target is a heavily protected place called Pickaxe Mountain.
U.S. officials think that site might be used for secret nuclear work.
Any major operation would require the United States to keep many military forces in the region.
