BBMP Clears Rs 10 Crore Road Encroachment in Uttarahalli
Imagine some people built small sheds on a public road, making it hard for cars and people to get by.
This was like taking a piece of the road that belonged to everyone.
Because people complained, a special government office called the Lokayukta told the city's building department, the BBMP, to fix it.
The BBMP came with their tools and took down the sheds.
Now, the road is clear again, and the land that was taken is back for everyone to use.
The city is also looking into punishing the people who built the sheds illegally.
