This means users can't access ChatGPT.

The issues began on September 24, 2025.

OpenAI, the company behind ChatGPT, has acknowledged the problem and is working on fixing it.

Many users in major cities, like Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru, are affected.

This is not the first time this has happened.
