Saaransh: Death Inspiration and Casting Clash

Bhatt had never written a script and asked a company called Rajshri Productions to make the film.
An actor named Anupam Kher was first chosen to play the old husband, but he was taken out of the film just ten days before shooting.
Bhatt then hired another famous actor, Sanjeev Kumar.
Anupam Kher was upset and said Bhatt was a fraud.
The film talks about how life and death are connected.
Mahesh Bhatt says Saaransh was inspired by the death of U.G. Krishnamurti’s son.
Bhatt pitched the story to Rajshri Productions without a script, and they approved it.

Kher publicly accused Bhatt of dishonesty after being removed from the role.
The film’s themes of life and death stem from Bhatt’s childhood fascination with cremation grounds.
