Slick Rick Returns with 'Victory,' Reflecting on Timeless Storytelling
Slick Rick, a famous rapper with an eye patch, has a new album after a long break.
He made this album, called "Victory," himself, with help from actor Idris Elba and other musicians.
It's like a movie with music, including videos.
The album took a long time to make, with work done in different countries.
Slick Rick's music talks about things that matter to him now, showing how he's grown up over time.
Slick Rick, the English-born rapper, has released his first album in nearly three decades.
The album, titled "Victory," is a visual album largely self-produced by Slick Rick.
Idris Elba, along with Nas, Giggs, and Estelle, appears on the album.
The album took four years to create, with recording in London and France, and visuals filmed in the US, UK, and Africa.
