Nandyal Collector Urges Officials to Rank Among Top Five Districts
Imagine Nandyal is a student in a big school, and the leader, Collector Rajakumari, wants Nandyal to be one of the best students in the whole school.
To do this, she told all the teachers and staff (the officials) that they need to work together really well.
They need to use information, like test scores (data), to figure out how to help everyone learn and improve.
She wants them to track how well each department is doing, like a report card, and also tell everyone about the good things they are doing.
The goal is to make sure everyone in Nandyal gets the best help and services, just like a good student tries their best to succeed.
Nandyal District Collector G Rajakumari directed officials to aim for a top-five ranking in state development programs.
The Collector emphasized the critical role of data-driven governance in effective scheme implementation.
A performance-based ranking system and a district-level tracking system will be introduced.
Departments must upload performance data by the 5th (mandal) and 8th (district) of each month.
Officials were instructed to publicize developmental activities and provide prompt, effective public services.
