MP High Court Stays NEET-UG Retest Order Amid Appeal
The Madhya Pradesh High Court has paused the re-test for students who had power cuts during the NEET exam.
A judge initially said they could retake the test because of the outages.
But, the court has now said they can't retest right now because the NTA appealed the decision.
They need to have a hearing with all sides before they can let students take the test again.
The next discussion in court will be on July 10th.
MP High Court stayed the retest of NEET-UG candidates affected by power cuts.
The stay came after the National Testing Agency (NTA) appealed the retest order.
The original order mandated re-examination for candidates in Indore and Ujjain.
The NTA argued power disruptions didn't affect performance and retesting would be unfair.
The next hearing in the case is scheduled for July 10.
