Eminent educationist Vanga Sambasiva Reddy dies in Khammam at 76
A very important teacher and school leader in India passed away.
His name was Vanga Sambasiva Reddy, and he was 76 years old.
He had a sudden heart attack on Sunday morning.
He lived right beside the school he built, called Nirmal Hruday School, in the city of Khammam.
He started that school almost fifty years ago, in the late 1970s.
Before that, he was a science teacher at a college.
He helped many other private schools grow in his region.
When he died, government leaders and other school leaders came to his family to say goodbye.
He is survived by his two sons.
Vanga Sambasiva Reddy, eminent educationist and correspondent of Nirmal Hruday School in Khammam, died of a cardiac arrest on Sunday morning at age 76.
He breathed his last at his residence on the Nirmal Hruday School premises on NST Road in Khammam, according to family sources.
Born at Vallabhapuram in Guntur district, he completed his MSc and began his career as a lecturer at Ramachandra College in Kothagudem.
He established Nirmal Hruday educational institutions in Khammam around 1978-79 and played a significant role in developing private education in the region.
He is survived by two sons, Lukkuveddi Sudhakar Reddy and Ravibharat Reddy; politicians and private school management representatives paid their last respects.
