EB-5 Visa Update: October 2025 Visa Bulletin Released
The U.S. government has a program called the EB-5 visa that lets people from other countries invest in U.S. businesses to get a green card.
To get the visa, investors must invest at least $800,000 or $1,050,000 and create jobs.
The U.S. releases a visa bulletin each month which details when each application will be processed.
The October 2025 bulletin shows that the processing of EB-5 applications from India will be delayed by about 15 months.
This is due to high demand and limits on the number of visas issued each year.
This visa also helps to stimulate the US economy.
The US Department of State released the visa bulletin for October 2025.
The bulletin is for fiscal year 2026 which begins October 1.
The Final Action Date for Indian EB-5 applications is postponed by 15 months.
EB-5 visa requires an investment of at least $800,000.
Investors must create at least 10 full-time jobs.
