CISF to Host 11th All India Police Judo Cluster Championship in Hyderabad

The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) is hosting the 11th All India Police Judo Cluster Championship in Hyderabad from July 23 to 30, 2026.

Over 1,600 athletes from 36 Police and Central Armed Police Force (CAPF) organizations will compete in five disciplines: Judo, Wushu, Taekwondo, Karate, and Pencak Silat.

The event is organized under the All India Police Sports Control Board (AIPSCB) and aims to promote sporting excellence among police personnel.

The championship is significant as it provides a platform for athletes to test their skills ahead of the Asian Games 2026.

The Government of Telangana and partner organizations are supporting the event with infrastructure and accommodation.

The official mascot, VIRA, represents the qualities of being vibrant, impactful, resilient, and agile, inspired by the Spotted Deer, the State Animal of Telangana.
