Lone Urges Centre to Act on Kashmiris' Harassment
Sajad Gani Lone, a leader in Jammu and Kashmir, is very worried about Kashmiris being harassed in other parts of India.
He thinks this is a big problem that could break the unity of the country.
He said that for many years, Kashmiris have been working and living in other parts of India, helping to bring people together.
He wants the government to take strong action against those who are causing trouble and to see this as a matter of national security.
He also asked the government to use special laws against people who are spreading hate and not just against Kashmiris.
He praised the people of Punjab for supporting Kashmiris and asked the government to work with other states to solve this problem.
Sajad Gani Lone expressed serious concern over the harassment of Kashmiris in other parts of India.
He urged the Centre to treat the issue as a matter of national security rather than isolated incidents.
Lone highlighted that many Kashmiris have been living and working in other parts of India for decades, contributing to national integration.
He criticized the government's action as inadequate, stating that arresting only two individuals is not enough.
Lone appealed to the Prime Minister, Home Minister, and local authorities to take urgent political intervention and use laws like PSA against anti-integration elements.
