Herbalife India Launches All-Women Electric Auto Fleet in Mysuru
Herbalife India, a health and wellness company, has started a new project in Mysuru.
They have given 75 electric auto-rickshaws to women.
These women will drive the autos, which do not pollute the air.
Herbalife India and a group called Shishu Mandir worked together on this project.
The women also got training to drive, take care of the autos, use digital tools, manage money, and protect themselves.
This project is like the one they did in Bengaluru, where women made more money and helped their communities.
The project will help the environment too, like planting many trees.
Herbalife India wants to help women, the environment, and the community with this project.
Herbalife India launched an all-women electric auto-rickshaw fleet in Mysuru, partnering with Shishu Mandir.
Over 75 electric autos were provided to women, including training and support for stable livelihoods.
The initiative aims to promote sustainable urban mobility and women’s economic empowerment.
The project is expected to generate ₹50 crore in cumulative income for women and deliver significant environmental benefits.
This launch is part of the year-long “Green Mysuru, Clean Mysuru” campaign and aligns with the Government of India’s FAME-II objectives.
