BSF Personnel Deployed at Delhi Park After Teen’s Rape
Twenty-two Border Security Force personnel were sent to patrol a park in Delhi.
The park is near many embassies and is visited by foreigners.
The patrols began after a 17-year-old girl was allegedly gangraped at another Delhi park.
Police say three men approached the girl and her male friend.
The men separated the girl from her friend and sexually assaulted her, according to police.
All three accused men have been arrested.
Delhi authorities are also limiting entry to parks after sunset and adding more security.
They plan to install cameras and inspect the safety of parks.
