Nidec Builds Third Plant in India, Boosting Local Investment
Nidec, a Japanese company, is building its third factory in Neemrana, India, showing they believe India is a good place for business.
This new factory, costing about 450 crore, will make important car parts like those for electric steering.
They plan to start using it by September 2026.
Nidec is also investing in other areas, such as a new campus in Hubli Dharwad, aiming to be carbon neutral by 2027, and another investment in Maharashtra.
Because the area in Neemrana is becoming full, they are suggesting companies also consider Ghiloth, a new area nearby, where a new industrial zone is opening.
Many Japanese companies have already invested a lot in this area, providing jobs for many people.
