Four Rescued Tiger Cubs Die Despite Vet Care
Four baby tigers were rescued and taken to a special animal hospital to keep them safe.
But sadly, all four of them got very sick and died over nine days, even though the doctors tried their best to help them.
The first one died on December 1, and the last one died on December 9.
The doctors think they got sick because of different problems like heart and stomach issues.
The mother tiger is okay and is still being taken care of, but the doctors haven't decided when to let her go back to the wild.
Four tiger cubs rescued and reunited with their mother in Gowdanakatte, Mysuru district.
All four cubs died between December 1 and December 9 despite veterinary care.
Causes of death included cardiopulmonary failure, gastritis, gastroenteritis, encephalitis, and feline panleukopenia.
Blood tests confirmed feline panleukopenia in the remaining two cubs before their deaths.
The mother tigress is in good health, but her release back to the wild is pending.
