Bommai plans specialised coaching hub for North Karnataka students
A leader from Karnataka, whose name is Basavaraj Bommai, has a big idea to help students.
He used to be the Chief Minister, which is like the head of the whole state.
He wants to build a new school in a part of Karnataka called North Karnataka.
This special school will help students practice for big competitive exams.
Competitive exams are tests that students take to get into good colleges or good jobs.
The school will help talented students, especially those whose families do not have much money.
Experts will help decide where to build the school and what to teach there.
The plan is to start classes by April next year.
Later, there may also be another campus in Bengaluru.
Bommai's dream is to make this one of the best coaching centres in the whole country.
Former Karnataka Chief Minister and MP Basavaraj Bommai announced plans for a specialised educational institution in North Karnataka.
The hub will provide quality competitive examination coaching to talented students, particularly from economically weaker sections.
An expert action committee will identify a location, finalise the institutional model, and prepare the first-year training programme.
Organisers are targeting the commencement of training programmes by April next year.
A second phase is proposed in Bengaluru using a three-acre site near Yelahanka, with a 10-year vision for the institution.
