Glasgow Restaurant Map Omission Sparks Controversy

After India won many medals at the Commonwealth Games, a group of boxers celebrated at a popular Indian restaurant in Glasgow.

A boxer named Lovlina Borgohain noticed that the map on the napkins and outside the restaurant did not show the Northeast region of India.

She told the restaurant staff about it, and the BFI president Ajay Singh also pointed out the mistake.

The restaurant apologized, promised to fix the map, and later turned off its Instagram account because of criticism.

The incident made people talk about how important it is to show all parts of a country correctly.
