HURL Opens Nine Soil Testing Facilities for Farmers
Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Limited has opened nine places where farmers can get their soil tested.
These facilities are in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.
A soil test helps show which nutrients are in the soil and whether any are missing or present in excess.
Farmers can use this information to choose how much fertiliser to apply.
