SEBI Clears Four IPO Proposals, Including Carlsberg India
Four companies received permission to continue preparing for stock-market listings.
The companies are Carlsberg India, TMC Transformers, Ujin Pharma and Matangi Rubber.
SEBI gave them regulatory observations between 28 September and 1 October.
TMC Transformers plans to raise ₹550 crore by selling new shares.
It will use much of the money to build a transformer factory in Gujarat.
