Vizag Skater Nayonika Bendi Accepted to Prestigious Kelley School of Business
Nayonika is a talented young woman who loves both figure skating and learning about business.
She used to live in Visakhapatnam but moved to a boarding school to train harder for skating and study better.
Even though she had a busy schedule, she also did research for a school project and even got her work published!
She also learned a lot by being an exchange student in the Philippines and helped others by leading a project to make sanitary napkins for girls in villages.
Because of all her hard work in school, sports, and helping others, she got accepted into a very famous business school called Kelley School of Business.
She's excited to go to college and learn how to run businesses someday.
Nayonika Bendi, a national-level figure skater, has been accepted into the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington.
She also received offers from Purdue University, Arizona State, College of Wooster, Hult Business School, and UMass Amherst.
Bendi balanced intense athletic training with academic pursuits, including research on social media influencers and food safety.
Her experiences include participating in an intercultural exchange program in the Philippines and leading a project on menstrual hygiene awareness.
Bendi credits her discipline from skating and her mentors for her success in gaining admission to top-tier business programs.
