Doctor Death Apprehended in Rajasthan After Jumping Parole

Devender Sharma, known as 'Doctor Death', was arrested in Rajasthan.

He was on the run for nearly two years after failing to return to prison after being granted parole.

Sharma was involved in the abduction and murder of taxi and truck drivers, and was also convicted in a kidney racket.

He was found posing as a priest in an ashram in Dausa.

Sharma had been previously arrested in 2004, and again after jumping bail in 2020.

He confessed to killing over 50 people, and was sentenced to life in prison in seven cases.
